The Christmas cactus has long, flat, segmented stems that can cascade down from a hanging planter or windowsill. The flowers bloom at the tips of the stems and are usually red, pink, or white.
Care: Unlike desert cacti, the Christmas cactus needs regular watering and humid air. It prefers bright, indirect light, and should be kept out of strong, direct sunlight. The ideal temperature range is around 55–60°F at night and 75–80°F during the day.
